1. Fulfillment and Shipping Times

All products are made to order using Printful's print-on-demand service. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days for apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method. These costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) to monitor the delivery progress of your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to restrictions, we may not be able to deliver to certain locations. If your shipping address falls into such a region, you will be notified at checkout.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or natural disasters. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at shop@drivehunt.de for assistance.

7. Returns and Refunds
