1. Fulfillment and Shipping Times
Our print-on-demand products are produced after an order is placed. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days for apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment are:
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination and available shipping method. The applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.
3. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the tracking information after your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. Delivery may not be available to certain countries or regions.
5. Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and may be charged by the competent authorities or service providers in the destination country.
6. Delivery Problems
