Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal (for customers in the European Union)
Consumers residing in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Conditions for Withdrawal:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
- Contact us at shop@drivehunt.de within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your decision to withdraw.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions for returning the item.
- The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
- Digital content provided for download immediately after purchase.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
