Consumers residing in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
- Digital content provided for download immediately after purchase where permitted by applicable law.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
