Right of Withdrawal (for consumers in the European Union)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

Returns:

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost, where the applicable legal requirements are met.

Note: Products that are manufactured on demand are not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because they are produced after an order is placed. The exclusion applies only where the statutory requirements for customized or clearly personalized goods are met.
